To mark the launch and highlight the difference between authentic live rosin and misleading alternatives on store shelves, MFNY is kicking off a statewide dispensary tour starting in Buffalo and ending in Staten Island. The Riverway Tour is designed to empower New York cannabis consumers with the knowledge they need to make informed, high-quality choices, especially when it comes to concentrates and vape carts.
“There are far too many products on the market today that are labeled ‘live rosin’ but cut corners in the process or intentionally mislead consumers because there’s actually only a small percentage, if any at all, of live rosin in the product,” says Ian Dyche, our Head of Operations. “If it’s not made from full melt solventless water hash that was derived only from fresh frozen cannabis flower, pressed and processed without solvents and is truly 100% live rosin, it shouldn’t be considered a live rosin product. Riverway is our promise to consumers that they’re getting a pure, potent, and truly ‘live’ experience; no shortcuts, no compromises.”
A Process to Be Proud Of
Just as there are famous wine growing regions, there are also cannabis growing regions with a storied reputation for growing and processing. We’re working to add the Hudson Valley to that list of regions. The first step is putting a stake in the ground with Riverway Live Rosin.
Our farm is near the Hudson River that connects upstate and downstate from north to south. MFNY, like that river, is connecting people with a product that is made in a very specific way. A way that cares for the plant and cares for the people at the same time. We have a way of making products that maintain the powerful plant terpenes and cannabinoids that are so beneficial.
Riverway is named after the river that links us. But it’s not just a name, it’s a promise that we’ll continue to make cannabis New Yorkers are proud of.
